Interaction design and prototyping


Before starting to code a project, we study the logic and the architecture of the information in depth. We prototype the solution to validate that the information and the behavior of the interface are perfectly understood. Later we increase fidelity by designing the interface to the last pixel and simulate the navigation flow with all interactions to continue validating with end users.

User journey mapping


We create visual maps of users interaction with the digital product to be developed. We study the emotional state in each of the touch points of their journey and this allows us to see what are the friction points and where is room for improvement. Seeing the project from user point of view assures a customer-centered approach and leads to a design that significantly improves the user experience.

Usability testing


We take design decisions based on real information, not opinions. We try different proposals with real people performing real tasks. Once observed user's behavior, we analyze the data, choose the best option and apply the necessary improvements. The tests are tailored to the specific needs of each project: A / B Testing, field tests, interviews with users, visual tracking, heat maps, etc. Often a combination of several of these techniques.
